To help our partners thrive (and ensure More Optimal thrives with them), we’re looking for a driven, collaborative, and strategic Partner Manager to lead and elevate our partner success initiatives.
Your Role
As Partner Manager, you are the primary point of contact and the strategic enabler for our global partner organizations. You ensure they are equipped, aligned, and motivated to deliver outstanding results — from initial deal pursuit to long-term customer support.
You’ll be working closely with partners on sales enablement, joint marketing, strategic account development, and knowledge transfer. You will also be a key player in large tenders and enterprise sales cycles, providing both operational and commercial support.
Over time, you’ll help shape and execute a more mature partner strategy, identifying new opportunities and models for international growth.
